Lets just get this out there from the start. Greg's army unit seems to think that it's got plane assignments for the guys to leave. Next weekend, August 31 & September 1. So Greg and I are preparing for him to leave. Which sucks, just so ya know. But for some reason, although the speaker at the last meeting I went to just brushed over it, I think he said that they still didn't know exactly when the guys are leaving. So we're just preparing for him to go, but at the same time we don't really have much clue. Greg still doesn't have any official orders.
On another note, Greg was able to get Thursday and Friday off. So we packed our backpacks and suited up and headed up to the top of the small mountain that we've been climbing and camped out over night. It was really, really tough, but it was amazing. We made it up there safe and sound and we made it make down. I forgot my gloves of the couch before we left, so I'm pretty scratched up. But the scenery was amazing. So beautiful. I'll have to post pictures later!
Right now though, I'm just completely exhausted.
