Prayers needed, please

So, for those of you who may not know or may not have guessed from the wedding pictures, my husband is in the Army, active duty.

There's a lot of craziness going on right now in the chain of command, in Greg's life, in our life and seems like just about everything.

There's talk that Greg's unit could be deployed much earlier than we originally expected. If you guys could please pray about that, that God's hand would just be in on whatever happens with Greg's unit and in our marriage through the difficulties of deployment.

Greg's trying to get reclassed to being a Chaplins Assistant. Right now he's currently working as one, but in order for the Army to officially recognize him as such, he has to go to AIT (Advanced Infintry Training) again, for two months this time, to be officially trained to do the job. He's put in the paperwork and everything, but there's a lot of talk that it may not go through for a variety of reasons. This position has been such a blessing to his life, and it would just be so crappy for him to have to go back to being a mortar.

There's also been a lot of talk of tons of long field training activities, which could very well take him a way for a couple of months. We were hearing about these for a long time before the rumors of deployment. It's just really difficult. The different talk about training or whatever that would take Greg away from me, really wears on Greg hard, and it takes a toll on our marriage.

I'm struggling with many aspects of the transition to living out here and married life and everything. And this has taken it's toll on Greg and our relationship.

Could you please pray for us?

Thank you.
